How to make FullCalendar display the events of the selected month?

Trying to figure out philippfrenzel/yii2fullcalendar . But much is not clear...
For example, how to display a calendar with events NOT of the current month?
Those. events are displayed, but the calendar itself opens for the current month, and not for the month with the necessary events ...
I'm picking the documentation on the website, but I either don't have it or don't find it.
Is there any way to solve this? And if so, how?

And how to give a 24-hour format to the events displayed in the calendar?
