How to make friends XNA and MS VS 2013 without magic for writing games under WP 8/8.1?

The task is to write a game, under WP 8 / 8.1. The machine has Win 8.1 with MS VS 2013 and WP SDK 8.0, but XNA was not installed with the SDK by default and even after a third-party installation it does not want to work in any way, it throws out a mountain of errors (such as problems with the emulator, etc.). So the question is - what do WP 7.1-8.1 compatible games currently write on? And is it possible to somehow quickly make friends with MS VS 2013 and XNA without shamanism with a tambourine?

XNA has been dead for like 2 years already. Developing a new product on unsupported platforms is not a very good idea. Look towards unity3d
