How to make friends wow.js and simplebar on vue?

Hello!

I am using simplebar( https://www.npmjs.com/package/simplebar-vue ) for page content. The page has elements with wow effects. When scrolled to these elements, nothing happens. Specified the scrolling block selector in the wow config (which has the overflow scroll property set) - also does not help.
Has anyone come across this how to make friends?
