How to make friends tick and sqid located in another grid?

Good day! It means 3 offices in each tick + server in the data center on whom to deploy SQUID in the virtual machine. The question is how to turn traffic from ticks to octopuses.

Plugging on the route to the octopus, my network is 192.168.3.0/24 in the data center 192.168.0.0/24 coctop directly at the address 192.168.0.10
Tick says unreachable (0,0,0,0 through 192,168,0,10)) although there is access to that grid

do you have 2 rules for 0,0,0,0? Mikrot has its own default route to the Internet, and plus your route 0,0,0,0 through 192,168,0,10? then everything correctly writes that it is unreachable, because your metric is 1, and the default metric is 0, it has a higher priority.
