How to make "Folders" black in Sublime?

Is there any way to do this? Or maybe there is a Monokai theme but on a black background?

Otherwise, this is complete nonsense - the theme is black and the folders are white

dark theme similar to Monokai, only IMHO with a better color scheme, with a dark sidebar and icon pack
The link also contains information on how to change any theme in principle (by editing certain configs).
P.S:
in colot scheme choose Seti_monaki
the theme will be fully applied only after reloading the sublime
