How to make Facet API friends with Taxonomy Menu in Drupal?

We have a Facet API search and a taxonomy-based category menu.
For example, the main page only shows a menu with categories. Clicking on a menu item opens a page with submenus and Facet API filters. Those. the menu is also a Facet API filter
Or how can Facet API Pretty Paths be friends with taxonomy? I can not understand.
