My laptop is running Windows 10 and has a "Mobile Hotspot", but the problem is that it can be turned on if there is a high-speed Internet connection, such as a SIM modem or wired Internet.
There was such an idea, is it possible to somehow emulate this Internet connection or bypass this limitation?
I tried to use the network closure on itself, but this is not it.
