How to make emoji work from the site font, and not the system font?

Hello!
I think many are familiar with the fact that on different platforms Unicode emoji look different, but is it possible without replacing them with PNG, to always render them the way they are on Apple devices?

They look different because the fonts do not have these emojis, there are only special characters, and the icons are displayed by each OS at its discretion. The current situation with fonts does not allow to embed anything resembling emoji there.
Therefore, either do not use specific emoji that may not be displayed everywhere, or a separate solution with SVG/PNG graphics.
