How to make electron window overlay?

I made an application for playing on electron. I want to make the application window always be on top of the game, in general, on top of all windows! After reading the documentation, I found solutions, but they do not help:

commandWindow.setAlwaysOnTop(true);
commandWindow.on('focus', () => {
   commandWindow.focus();
});

When the application is running, it is on top of all windows, but when you expand the game and do some actions, the application window disappears.
How to implement it correctly?
