How to make electron-rebuild sqlite3 for all platforms?

I develop on Linux
. I have a command electron-rebuild -f -w sqlite3that builds only for my system (creates node_modules/sqlite3/lib/binding/electron-v5.0-linux-x64/). I need to make builds for other platforms (or at least for win32).
No matter how much I searched, only those who work in Windows have problems everywhere
