How to make editing articles with moderators check?

I immediately apologize for such a 'Nubian' question, but I searched various forums, but for some reason I did not find it (probably I was looking badly). In general, I want to make it on the site so that anyone can edit the article, but so that the moderator checks it. How can this be done in django. Thanks for answers.

create a form that will be sent to the moderator for review after the user edits the article.
the question is too general in format - it is not clear: what kind of site, what articles are published there, how it all works in general
