How to make dynamic transition to SmartGit on Jira task?

Hello. Interested in this question. Previously worked in Intelegent Idea - there it was possible to bind a link to fat tickets.
And when you write the ticket number in the comments, it becomes a dynamic link. Then when you see a commit in the change history, you click on this number and you immediately get to the desired task.

Is it possible to implement this somehow in this program?
