How to make drag and drop friends with ajax?

Using load(), loading a php file that outputs ul > li
So I'm tweaking the jsfiddle.net/9g7u3on7 plugin ( drag and drop, dragging li from one ul to another ul)
But this plugin does not see ul and li, how to fix it?

Reload it on the page and it will see the new ul and li
