How to make doctrine work with ioncube?

Hello everyone, here's the thing. Ioncube overwrites annotations in the code, and they stop working with the following error https://yadi.sk/i/lB-GvgSy3B7Csg . Everything works only if you save the cache, as soon as you clear it everything stops working.
In the specifics of the application, the cache must be constantly cleaned and it is constantly new.
How to solve the issue? I heard that this is because of the ioncube optimizer, or how to keep the annotations and code working during encryption?
