How to make different prices for one product depending on the property - weight?

Good afternoon.
We sell online - dry building mixes, some suppliers have the weight of the same product can be 5,10,15,20,25 kg
Accordingly, the price is different.
I don’t want to create 5 types of one product on the site, changing only 1 digit and duplicating the entire content of the page (description, application, properties, etc.)
Tell me, how can I implement a “switch” of product weight on Bitrix?
And how then to set up the exchange between the site and 1s? If in fact, a different weight -> a different nomenclature (product code)
What is the way out of the situation .. how do others live?)

These are called trade offers.
That is, you create a product and trade offers for it , each with its own separate price.
It is the trade offer as a product that the client buys.
It's like, for example, there are orthopedic insoles and a ruler of sizes. When buying, the client buys exactly the trade offer of a particular insole of a certain size.
