How to make dialogue branches for a bot in VK?

Greetings to all, I recently started learning Python, moving from Java, and decided to try to write a bot for VK using the vk_api library . Everything turned out pretty well, but we wanted to make dialogue branches. The fact is that the bot then turns out to be rather boring ...
So the question is: how to do something similar, as below?

U: Hello.
