How to make database replication in Russia and Europe?

Maybe someone knows, we need a database that will be stored in different countries. While Europe, China, America and Russia are needed.
How can this be better organized and who can even apply this?
For now it should be mysql or mssql or at least postgresql . But if it doesn't work out, then something else is possible
. Somehow everything looks sad, I looked at the aws, google cloud, azure regions and they do not have regions in Russia.
Then I will add to the question, what good hosting to choose in Russia, to be more precise, something where you can host a good database?

In a few clicks, you can raise the database, set up replicas, and shard it by geographic points and much more
UPD: I didn’t see about mysql. Now there seems to be only Postgresql, but mysql and redis are on the way

If you need to write in different regions, everything is more difficult.
