I have a wp site on my vds with LAMP and when I click on the link it shows The requested URL /eda/завтрак/ was not found on this server. How to add Cyrillic support to url? in php.ini and httacess is utf-8 and so, but the url still does not work

завтрак = 'breakfast' in CP1252 encoding
Find out why not in UTF-8 and you will solve the problem
