How to make Cyrillic support in Modx file names?

Hi all.
There is an online store on ModX + shopkeeper
How to organize support for Cyrillic and spaces in the names of preview images?
I understand that it is better not to use Russian names in file names, but at the moment I am transferring content from opencart to modX. And the preview for images does not generate if the name and path are with a space or not in Latin.

on your Modx Revolution 2.3.1 | version phpThumb 1.7.13
