The task is to make a custom design for the company's YouTube channel. I did not find any data on the contacts of representative offices and support from them, except for the support forum, where it is not clear who answers (apparently, moderators or just people with a rating, it all looks like Google Q&A or email), these representatives do not know how to do it, all that were able to give, this is what is needed xs what certificates, xs what documents, xs with whom to agree, and most likely, but not a fact, Google's development daughter is doing this. From the documentation, only recommendations for widgets are visible, but not how to implement them.
