How to make Cordova work in Vue?

Hey! I'm doing a project with Vue + F7 + Cordova. Now is the time to use cordova plugins. But Vue doesn't see window.cordova.
Tried on devices, in the browser. window.cordova, cordova are all undefined.
Tell me who knows!

Need to instantiate vue on deviceready event
And see if cordova.js is connected
