There is a phone number in the header, which does not change through the site admin panel, more precisely, one phone number is indicated in the admin panel, but when the page is loaded, a new phone is displayed for the first second, but after a second it changes to the old one! How to fix it? I would appreciate your help!

One, old, new, decide which number is displayed, which one is in the admin panel, and which one can be registered in the database?
Look for the site header file in view/layouts, but something tells me that the number is changed by the js script.
