How to make Bitstamp APIs respond about the exchange rate to the dollar without errors?

Hello.
for their own service, it was required to request the exchange rate of bitcoin against the dollar once an hour.
something like this: curl --insecure -vvvvv https://www.bitstamp.net/api/ticker/
The problem is that the bitstamp constantly returns "HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden"
And when you request from a browser, it always opens.
Please help solve the problem.
