How to make bios boot usb in efi mode?

How to make bios boot usb in efi mode?
I have two systems: Windows 10 and Linux side by side. I installed Linux after Windows 10, and for some reason there was no “Install next to Windows 10” item, although earlier there was such an item when Windows 7 was installed ... In general, I had to manually install Linux next to Windows 10, it was installed and good , but the bottom line is that for some reason, when loading a PC, he sees only 10-ku, but he does not see Linux, and there is not even a choice point between the two operating systems. It feels like the hornbeam loader has not been installed, although in Live mode in the same Linux, the system sees divided partitions, as well as the same hornbeam. Most likely, it weighs about 100 mb and is in fat 32. Most likely it is him, and so, when restoring the bootloader - there is such a program right in Linux - for some reason, when restoring the bootloader, an error occurs, they say, there is a legacy mode, and you you can't recover anything from this mode, but supposedly you can from the EFI mode, and select the EFI mode when you reboot in the BIOS. But I can't find it there. To make the Grab reinstaller program work.

Enable uefi mode and select the appropriate item in the boot menu. The flash drive itself must also be created to boot into uefi.
