How to make beautiful buttons in Microsoft Bot Framework?

Good day,
I decided through the microsoft bot framework to make a bot for telegram with a menu of buttons.
I can not find how to make buttons in several rows.
the standard SuggestedActions has no parameter for this. I want to use the standard methods of the framework so that if anything it would be possible to easily connect new sources without rewriting the bot itself.
