How to make bat reconnect vpn?

There is vpn windscribe. A batch file is needed so that the connection in the program is disconnected, and after, say, 5 seconds, it is connected.
With other vpn, there is enough clumsy baht by type

netsh interface set interface "vpn2" disabled
TIMEOUT /T 7
netsh interface set interface "vpn2" enabled
TIMEOUT /T 3
EXIT

In this case, it doesn't work.
Is it possible to create a universal batch file for this program?
