How to make automatic creation of trades in Steam in C#?

Hello, the point is to automatically create a trade with a certain number of certain things (presumably through a comparison with some white-list of items that the bot can use). I know the link to the trade, it is being parsed. Further, ideally, automatically confirm the trade by parameters (checking that the trade was created from my account).
What tools to use for this in C#? Thanks in advance

Use the steam API.
If there are no necessary functions, then sooner or later the acc will be banned.
