How to make autocompletion work in phpstorm on two screens?

There was such a problem that auto-completion normally works only on the built-in screen of the laptop, and on the second screen it is either not displayed at all, or it is displayed, but in arbitrary places (about not displaying, I think that it happens outside of both screens). There was such a problem after I moved the laptop to the left side of the second screen and accordingly moved the general border in the settings. How can I fix this problem?
