How to make auto-switch for "Power Options"?

1. I want to make an executable file for PowerShell so that the command is executed in 2 clicks:

powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

2. Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options - Show Additional

Schemas Is there a .ps1/.bat file for all this?
