How to make annotations (hints) for statuses?

Good morning everybody! I had such a question, I use id statuses in my project, which I describe in the config as an array key = id => value = status. I would like to know if it is possible to somehow show them as hints, only annotations of this type come to mind:

/**
     * Run the database seeds.
     *
     * @return void
     */

I can’t understand how to implement my idea (even annotation) and whether it is possible at all, I will be grateful for any information on the topic.
