Hello. This is my problem, I can not find a solution for several days. By design, upon reaching a specific block that has 100 vh height, the screen scroll should stop but not disappear, this block should be fixed and scrolled. At the same time, the content in it changes at a certain scroll height (it is also fixed, only the information changes). When the scroll reaches the end, the screen scroll should continue. The same is true for scrolling up. What do you advise?
