How to make Angular background video using Youtube Vimeo sources and site itself?

There are a number of components that make ready-made background videos for Angular, but they only work with Youtube video code. And how I would like to use both the video uploaded to the site and links to third-party resources.
To display a regular video, I use:
For a video uploaded to the site
For a video from Youtube Vimeo

How to make a background video in the same bundle, perhaps using JQuery?
