How to make Android secure?

Hello.
I have heard many times how easy it is to open an android, especially a rooted one.
But how to actually save Root and TWRP Recovery, while not losing security?
More interested in external factors, such as iOS: in case of unsuccessful unlocking, there is no possibility to identify the USB device. He even, as far as I know, will not be charged.
So how to protect Recovery and Fastboot from external influences? And is full file storage encryption possible?

A rooted Android cannot be made secure. Here, either checkers - or go.

right now, not those times, google is not interested in security, so you need to completely abandon the products of google and microsoft and switch to free software
