How to make an unblockable website?

A similar question was probably not raised earlier on this site, I don’t know about other forums yet, tk. I'm looking bad.

Decided to create a site with adult content (not a porn site!). Since in my country (Kazakhstan) they like to block sites, mine will also soon be on the list and I will fall before I gain a permanent audience.

And now for me the task is to make the site unblockable even after being added to the list of blocked ones. Telling everyone about the TOR or I2PD network is not an option, since they will not do a routine for a small site, this is not rutracker.

I read about a BitTorrent-based PeerCDN site, but that's probably not an option either, since visitors won't stay on my site forever. We need a way that will work accurately and the site will always be available

The best way, as for me, is to enter the top 3 for targeted queries with a constant change of domain in case of blocking. Then the audience will be more or less stable and you will dodge blocking. And of course, to conduct exercises in the likeness of a rutracker, although right now everyone who needs to install plug-ins to bypass blocking and do not take a steam bath. You could also suggest installing plugins to avoid blocking problems.
Well, another option is to change the region of the target audience that will not fall under blocking.

There is only one way with an absolute guarantee: go to work as a minister of the Ministry of Bans and Blocks. Or the president to whom this minister reports.
Everything else will inevitably lead to a ban, and even to the court.
