Outlook Backup Toolbox is a great solution for working with outlook - backup and restore. https://outlookbackup.recoverytoolbox.com/ru/

If not Outlook Express is meant, but Microsoft Outlook from the Microsoft Office package, then it stores all data in 1 file, the path to which is specified in the "Data File" Properties. This is usually C:\Documents and Settings\ %User% \Appilcation Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst or C:\Users\ %User% \Documents\Outlook Files\Outlook.pst, or... just find the file with extension and just transfer it to another computer. On another computer, run Microsoft Outlook at least once to create the file, and then close the program and overwrite your file over the created one. The main thing is to be careful and, if necessary, create backup copies of PST files so that you do not accidentally lose data!
