How to make an OpenVPN connection through an SSH tunnel?

Hello.
The situation is this: there is an organization in which Internet access is cut, and many ports are blocked, in particular, the OpenVPN connection is cut regardless of the connection port.
Until recently, the solution was simple: an SSH tunnel to the home machine and a socks proxy in the browser.

But now it was necessary to use this case for the entire system.
OpenVPN server at home, at work Windows 7 with OpenVPN client and Putty with tunnel.
When you try to specify Socks Proxy in the OpenVPN GUI, the connection goes through an SSH tunnel and everything connects fine.

BUT!
As soon as the connection goes through, OpenVPN activates its network interface, and the one through which the connection passed, acquires the status "Unknown network". As a result, the SSH tunnel drops, followed by the OpenVPN connection.

If Socks Proxy is located on another computer, then there are no such problems, but I want to use a local Proxy.

Tell me, how can I solve this problem?

Why such crutches?
Hang up OpenVPN on the 443rd port, start it up via tcp. Nobody is blocking this.

Why do you need RegExp? And if then it is required to pull out request parameters?
Use the normal URI from the standard java distribution - convert to this object and the standard methods for working with any links you have in your craman.
