How to make an ISO image of customized Linux?

Is it possible to create an image of a customized operating system, with all the virtual machines inside, etc. so that in the future it's just from a flash drive to deploy it immediately on other computers?
I'm considering 2 options - installing and downloading livecd.
Something like Tails they did that everything was installed at once and loaded from the flash drive, but in my case, installation is a priority.
If you know how to do it, write the key commands and links if any.
Or a description of what needs to be done for this.
Thank you.

It can simply write to the image - images of partitions and a program for recording them. And to "look" - mount as RO (you need different initrds)
