Something I lack understanding of how to build an installer for an application in visual studio 2015 community edition. They say that it is very easy, but visually I don’t understand what to put where to put it together, help the noob)

After choosing a project, this appears:

1. Open the project properties (the one with forms)
2. Publish section (xs as in the Russian version)
3. Customize
4. Click the Publish button
5. Done
Of course, for the production version, it is desirable to attach a digital signature, but that's a completely different story .. .
