How to make an icon with a plastic/toylike effect?

Hello, dear colleagues!
I searched the entire Internet, but I could not find how you can learn how to take such photos. These are lubricated and neat. Let's look at the first two pictures. Ordinary such photos from Yandex pictures.
But we look at the third and see colossal differences. My problem is that I can't describe what it is and I can't find any manual. Oga seems to be perfect, but not only in the absence of artifacts. There is something else)
I saw the same effects on the icons of cars - they seem to be real, but still toy.
Obviously, the donors are normal real photos.
Help me please.

I think this is a render of a 3D model, and not very high quality, hence the toy effect.

I would say that the word "icon" does not quite fit - most likely, as already said, 3d rendering will be the easiest solution, but I once practiced with vectorization - there is really a lot of work, but it was just interesting for me to do it.
For example, from this -
it turned out this
or from such
,
well, and everything like that.
