How to make an automatic date range in Excel?

Good afternoon.
Is it possible to make two cells in Excel - in one, specify "September 2016", and in the other, specify the duration (for example, 12) and Excel will automatically display the range "September 2016, October 2016, November 2016 ... September 2017"? Well, if you change the duration to 24, for example = then until September 2018 and so on.

Maybe. The cell format is "MMMM, YYYY", the duration is indicated in days: the formula adds the number of days 365 or 366 to the start date. I
checked it on LibreOffice.
