How to make an auto-reply with an attachment of the body of the original letter and the attached file?

Greetings. There is a bunch of postfix + devecot. I want to set up a subject. Tried to do it through sieve. But it is not possible to attach the original text of the letter and attachments to the auto-reply. Is this really feasible? If yes, by what means?
