How to make an audio streaming server using python and nginx?

I got the idea to write a radio-type audio streaming server using python and nginx. One server, client SPA and mobile application. It is planned that the server was only for API.
I practically did not find the material (or searched badly). Please throw someone who knows materials / guides / tutorials / etc on this topic.
