How to make an application pack for installation from under the recovery?

It so happened that I can not sit on one firmware for more than a month and often flash it. But I'm tired of constantly manually installing all the necessary applications. I once downloaded a zip-archive for recovery and there were a couple of applications in it and they were conveniently installed that way.
