How to make an android application if you are a teapot?
I work in a company. The chief said that if there is a good idea and I will bring it to life, he will raise me.
The question is. I want to create an application for android and iPhone, there is no corresponding education. I am familiar with html, css, how and what to insert where, I serve 5 sites.
Recommend a free application (if available, then with a visual editor) on a PC (up to 500 r / month) with the ability to create an application for Android or iPhone without publishing it in the play market (immediately get a ready-made .apk). Or who has, then the files. Or maybe someone has the source code for a similar idea, some sketches.
Approximate idea:
• the courier arrives at the client, takes his work phone, gives it to the buyer,
• the client rates the delivery, leaves a comment (text, voice or video message), and if possible (optionally) notes from the drop-down list (select),
• indicates his first and last name, and the company.
So that by clicking the “send” button the data comes to the program on a computer or on a phone or on a website online (this is a separate topic that you probably won’t help me to implement ((((((
Help, I want to be able to do this!

I wonder if I'm the only one who hates typing on the phone?
Who in the hallway has a normal light for video shooting?
I'm paranoid! No filming in my house.
Is this really a customer review?
And what about the requirements (sorry, not 54 FZ, what is the number on personal data)?
here is approximately why the idea will not work
First we read Kathy Sierra, Bert Bates - Learning Java , then Don and David Griffiths - Android Programming , then we try to implement our plans, periodically resorting to the Toaster with more specific questions.
Make a web application for this business, with the layout correct for mobile devices, and you will have cross-platform happiness...
The easiest option - you can make a web application: interface - OnsenUI (iPhone + android), back-end - PHP , and collect in any online constructor by reference (Webview) or in extreme cases in PhoneGap by iframe, but still knowledge html/css alone is not enough for this. And if the budget is so limited, connect free hosting and domain.
In general, as already mentioned, the idea is not very good.
