I don’t know how to set up CF7, but you can write a plugin to pull sms.ru It’s
enough to send requests like
sms.ru/sms/send?api_id= <api key>&to=<your number>&text=<message text>
Or it’s easier to do and configure via scripts on google drive, but I don’t have the patience to paint this method here.
