Greetings!
Actually I was surprised that the Chinese have their own whole network for developers.
And there is even a blog for developers and there is interesting information there:

Taki was scrolling through the articles there and came across a problem related to the fact that I can’t create an account for myself there - there is no pipe with the Chinese code, but other options have not been successful so far.
