How to make access to localhost only from the computer on which the server is installed (apache, nginx)?

I have a Wi-Fi network, knowing the ip of the computer where the server is running, I can enter this ip and get everything that is on this server. How it is possible to forbid access from the outside?

You can only connect to localhost from the computer where the server is installed. And nothing else.
