I am familiar with openserver.
How to transfer a site from a working machine to centos with openserver?
I read a little about vagrant, but I don’t know which is better vagrant or openserver.
What is now more commonly used by vagrant, openserver or something else?

If you need to develop under Centos 7 on Windows - Vagrant is your choice.
Vagrant is a wrapper for VirtualBox, so you get the environment as close as possible to the production.
