How to make a Viber button with a message template?

Is it possible to make a button that, when clicked, would open a contact in Viber and a message template would immediately appear in the input field, for example, "Good afternoon, I'm interested in ...".
To make it clear, in WhatsApp it looks like this: whatsapp://send?text=text&phone=888888888

Unfortunately, Viber is not doing well with the normal documented link format, and some of them have already stopped working before, for example, viber://contacts no longer works.
There is deep link documentation for links to Public Accounts. There are also official ones:
