How to make a telegram bot script work in the cloud?

Hello. I made a telegram bot for conversation, but it only runs through "python bot.py" I would like it to work always or somehow on a cloud service. There is an unnecessary PC, can you somehow make a VPS? I'm not very good at this, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

At a minimum, you need to download the operating system to your PC. After that, you need to download all the necessary files / libs for the bot to work. Run the bot on your PC. Do not forget that this PC must work constantly so that the bot receives messages and processes them. Good luck!
